Chat Conversation End Skipper of Nepal’s national cricket team Paras Khadka has been hospitalised after he suffered from intestinal problems on Friday afternoon, according to a family source. He is receiving treatment at the Thapathali-based Norvic International Hospital. It has been learned that a team of doctors led by senior consultant gastroenterologist Madhu Ghimire is looking after Khadka. Khadka was rushed to the emergency of the hospital after he complained of severe abdominal pain on Friday. Paras Khadka arrived at the emergency of Norvic Hospital at 2:30 pm and shifted to general bed after preliminary investigation in the evening, according to RP Mainali, senior corporate communications manager at the hospital.

Mainali said Khadka’s vitals are stable and pain has subdued today, while the entire investigation report is yet to come. Preliminary investigation suggested that he suffered from intestinal infection. But reports are expected in two days. Khadka will remain hospitalised till then, according to Mainali.
